Location: St. Croix, USVI
|Arc Surveying & Mapping, Inc. was selected to complete a 500 acre boundary, topographic, construction layout survey and establish 15 2nd Order or better control monuments in Annaly, St. Croix. The topographic work included traversing and cutting line over streams, ravines and mountains at 500′ interval transect lines, with shots taken at 20′ intervals including any breaks commencing at an elevation of 20′ up to 800′ across the project limits. The boundary survey required extensive property research of adjoiners, utilities and easements along both federal and private lands. True boundary lines were established cut out and painted and marked every 1000′. During survey operations utility routes, road routes and construction limits were stakeout and surveyed for construction.
